Chic & Charme regulation:
Welcome to Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms.
In order to make pleasant your stay in our facility, we want to make you aware of the internal rules, therefore we ask you to read carefully the regulations and the bahavioral rules that each guest must adopt in order to not disturb or damage to others and environment. For the purpose of good coexistence we ask you to observe not only the rules dictaded by law but also those dictated by simple common sense and mutual respect. Upon booking confirmation, the aforementioned regulation is considered tacitly accepted.

1. Check in: On the day of arrival, we will be happy to welcome you from 3:30 pm in order to ensure that the room is delivered in perfect condition. Check-in is managed by the staff of Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms. We recommend that you communicate your expected arrival time at the property. Subject to room availability, it is possible to anticipate it free of charge by a maximum of 2 hours by prior agreement with the management. For larger advances, always subject to room availability and agreement with the management, there is a supplement of € 25 in low season and € 40 in high season.
2. Check out: On the day of your departure we will say goodbye by 10:30 am, so that we can prepare the room to better accommodate the next customers. Subject to room availability and prior agreement with the management, it is possible to make a late Check out free of charge with exit no later than 12:30. After this time, a penalty equal to one additional night will be charged at the maximum price charged without having the right to use the relative stay. It is possible, subject to room availability and agreement with the management, a late check-out at the maximum time of 17:00 with a supplement of € 25 in low season and € 40 in high season. Customers who require a night departure or in any case before 07:00 am in the morning are required to check out and pay any balance for their stay the evening before departure. Please note that customers who leave earlier than their booking are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation in accordance to law art. 1385 -1386 cc
3. Tourist tax: The tourist tax is in force in the municipality of Olbia, the cost of which, not included in the booking rates, must be paid by cash to Chic & Charme staff and is equal to €2.50 per day per person (for a maximum of n. .7 nights). A simple receipt will be issued. Guests who meet the requirements which can be viewed by clicking on the following link from the Municipality of Olbia are exempt from paying the tourist tax: https://abaco.entrateonline.net/olbia.php
4. Access to facility: It is only allowed to people who have issued their identity card at the reception upon check-in. Access to people who have not been identified is strictly forbibben.
5. Minors: It is possible to check-in minors only if accompained by their parents or adult companions
6. Identity card: During registration, guest must show a valid identity card and sign the Privacy Policy, as per current legal provisions. Data provided will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality and security obligations regulated by current legislation (Privacy Regulation UE 2016/679) and will be processed exclusively for purposes relating to the activity and will not be disclosed.
7. Breakfast: Served every morning from 08.00 am to 10.00 am. With adequate notice, staff cen serve breakafast even before the normal service hours. In case of intolerances or allergies, prior communication is really appreciated.
8. Room cleaning: Daily room/bathroom cleaning is provided. Bed/Bath linen change is expected every three days (Regional law N°16/2017 Art.16 request cleaning and linen replacement at least once a week and at every customer change) For those who wish towels/bed linen changed every day, request the service at the reception staff. A supplement will be applied (€ 20 bed linen change, € 5 for each towels set or € 2 for big towel and € 1,50 each for medium and small towels )
8a: In case the room is not vacated on time or found particularly messy (clothes on bed, personal objects or accessoried on the floor etc etc) clenanign will not be carried out
8b: If the room is particularly dirty, the management reserver the right to apply supplement of € 20,00 for thorough cleaning and sanitization.
9. Separate waste collection: In the city of Olbia is carried out the separate waste collection. Inside rooms and in common areas you can find special bins dedicated to the collection of plastic, glass and cans, paper and dry waste.
10. Animals: Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms is not currently equipped to accomodate your four-legged friends.
11. Prohibitions:
11a: SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN within the entire structure as per Law 584 of 1975, art. 51 Law 3 of 2003 and subsequent amendments. It is allowode exclusively outside in the designated common areas.
11b: For hygienic reasons, takeaway from the buffet counters is strictly forbidden. Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms prepare, upon request for a small extra fee, Picnic Lunch box Service, for information contact the staff.
11c: It is absolutely forbidden to use and light any stove and bring food or drinks inside rooms.
11d: It is forbidden to throw inside WC/toilet substances other than those for which it was designed. Don’t clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material. Please use the appropriate bins. The costs for any purging will be charged.
12. Balance stay:
12a: In caso of NON REFUNDABLE RATE, since the payment has already been made at the time of booking, any services purchased on site and tourist tax (wich we remember must be paid by cash) must be payed on site.
12b: In case of STANDARD RATE di tariffa Standard with payment for the stay on site, balance is due upon arrival by cash or debit/credit card. Checks are not accepted.
12c: Pre-account and verification: before setting the account it is possible to request to see the account and debits for verification. Any errors must be reported before the bill is issued or in any case not after departure, future complaints will not be accepted.
12d: Invoice: In case of invoice, please kindly request with adequate notice providing the complete billing information. Without request, a simple receipt will be provided and subsequent cancellation will not be possible.
12e: Loss of card charge: Loss of access card will be charged with a minimum amount of € 10,00
12f: Damage and loss charge: Any damage due to negligence caused to rooms and common areas furnishing will be charged at the cost of restoration. Irreparably damage or missing linens will be charge to the account. It is absolutely forbidden to bring outside our facility anything found in the common areas, room and bathroom (for example, towels to be used at beach etc etc)
13. Recommendations:
13a: Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms is not responsible for missing object and/or guests valuables (each guest is required to take care of his property objects using tha properly safes available inside each room) In addition Chic & Charme Luxury Rooms is not liable for damage resulting from natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of trees, wind gusts, damage or theft to the cars parked inside and outside the parking area and in the entire facility.
13b: Starting from 22:00 pm acoustic volume must be moderated in all rooms. Please also behave silently in the hallway, on the stairs and in the common areas.
13c: Only for the room with hydromassage mini-pool: Do NOT use products such as shower gel, shampoo, oils, cream or any other products that could damage the or change conditions of the water. It is also reccomended to not eat food when using pool.
